As Xiao Mei is approaching the end of her educational journey, she begins to look around for jobs to take up and hopefully secure a stable career. But what can make her resume stand out? Afterwards, Xiao Mei debates with Rando about whether or not having studied abroad would contribute to one’s increased probability of employment.

Our guest for this episode, Yee Yond kindly shares her own journey graduating into a pandemic as well as an already declining job market.
